Accounts Receivable Specialist

Compensation : $18-$20 hourly

Location : Claremore, OK

Contract : 2-3 months

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities :

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to facilitate prompt payment and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure smooth payment processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounts receivable processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and apply best practices accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
